For the next five days, I will be eating nothing but this. Fruits, veggies, coconut water, some nuts, other proteins, tea and lots of water. Just putting this out there to be supper accountable. The goal is to juice for five days and get loads of nutrients and maybe lose a couple of pounds, see what this will do to my blood sugar, and then juice once a day after that. Probably TMI but I had to put it out there.
